The second annual 50 Elite is an
event where our area top student-athletes participate in competitive
skill work and games in front of college coaches. The founders of the
event, Brian Hamilton of Play Hard Play Smart and Fred Wilson of Blue
Collar Preps, share the same vision and passion of developing
student-athletes and getting them prepared for the collegiate level.
The mission
of 50 Elite is to promote ACADEMICS and ATHLETICS, developing a
student-athlete, and to educate the community
and families about the collegiate recruiting process. Our goal is to
help student-athletes who have the potential to participate at the next
level, get the opportunity to be seen by college coaches. We are
committed to bringing more exposure to our area and our
student-athletes.
The event
will begin September 11th
2010, with a Pre-Draft
Combine, where players will be evaluated and then placed on teams’
accordingly and will play games every Saturday for five weeks. College

local Junior college coaches. Sacramento Bee and national prep sites
such as NorCalPreps.com, Hoopreview, Yayareaballers.com,

to the event.

Elite jersey and their names and information will be included in the "50
